Job Description

Compensation Salary Range:
$50.00 - $75.44 per hour DOE The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Responsibilities Position Overview:
The RN provides specialized nursing care to the post-partum patient, including the newborn infant. Specific task elements are generally outlined below and may be found in competency check off lists. The Mother Baby RN is responsible for working as a team utilizing the multidisciplinary approach to provide nursing care adapted for each individual patient needs, based on the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The RN is also responsible for supervising, coordinating and delegating to personnel who participate in the provision of care, to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Current CA Registered Nurse License Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification 1+ years of Post Partum RN experience
Preferred Qualifications:
