Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated RNs to join our growing team of home health professionals. As a nurse with Guardian Angel, you'll enjoy a rewarding environment with flexibility, autonomy, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home. Complete assessments and develop care plans in coordination with the clinical team. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and case managers. Educate patients and families on care plans and disease management. Document all visits and care following agency policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
RN license (California, active and in good standing) Current BLS/CPR certification Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Previous home health experience (Preferred) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Able to work independently in the field
