Qualifications & Experience:
Registered Nurse (RN) license for California—required Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)—preferred Acute care facility experience—preferred BLS certification from AHA or ARC—required ACLS and PALS certification from AHA or ARC—required
Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment—flexible scheduling, designed to support work-life balance
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients using established standards and the nursing process Supervise and direct assigned team members, delegating and supporting their clinical growth Assess, diagnose, plan, and implement patient care, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and patient families Monitor, evaluate, and modify care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care Provide educational opportunities and support to patients, families, and clinical teams Maintain compliance with safety, wellbeing, and immunization requirements
