Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of California (required) Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC), with PALS required ADN required; BSN preferred Acute care facility experience preferred Strong critical thinking, professional judgment, and communication skills

Schedule/Hours:

Full-time travel assignment; specific shift details provided upon application

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver perioperative nursing care using evidence-based practice and the nursing process Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, ensuring quality and safety Complete patient assessments and analyze health data for effective care planning Collaborate across disciplines and contribute to discharge planning for continuity of care Educate patients, families, and team members, promoting a humane and caring environment Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including required vaccinations
