This opportunity offers consistent night shifts, guaranteed hours, and competitive weekly compensation.

Assignment Details Shift:

Nights Schedule:

Every other weekend required

Duration:

13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours:

36 hrs/week

Compensation Travel Pay:

$21/hr (taxable) + $1,477 weekly stipend Overtime Rate 1: $31.50/hr Overtime Rate 2: $80/hr

$2,359.00 Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care Administer prescribed medications and treatments following nursing standards, policies, and state regulations Document patient care accurately according to standards of care Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by physician and hospital policy Provide patient and family education as part of care planning Participate in unit or department performance improvement activities and shared governance Provide clinical guidance to other units/departments to support continuity of care Use critical thinking to ensure patient safety and positive patient experience, escalating concerns appropriately Requirements Must have current and active RN license in CA Must have 2 years Psych experience ( 1 year RECENT) Must have valid BLS-AHA certification, Crisis Intervention training 50 mile radius rule
