Duties Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, microneedling, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals Manage patient consultations, ensuring clear communication about procedures, aftercare, and expectations Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health and safety regulations across all treatments Utilize salon software such as Millennium and

to schedule appointments, update client records, and process payments efficiently Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client results Support front desk operations by welcoming clients, managing appointment bookings, and providing excellent guest services Requirements Valid nursing license with experience in aesthetic or med spa settings preferred Certification or training in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser therapy, and other cosmetic procedures Knowledge of salon software for scheduling and client management Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and aftercare Experience with your own social media management as an AN to promote your services and engage with new clients online is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that enhances guest experiences Ability to sell products and services confidently while maintaining ethical standards and respecting what is truly best for our clients on a patient-first basis An artistic eye in the beauty world to ensure ideal results in both natural refresh subtlety and full enhancement process.
