You will be a key driver of patient satisfaction, retention, and practice growth through comprehensive consultations, customized treatment planning, and consistent patient engagement.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (no weekends) What You'll Do Perform advanced aesthetic injections including RHA filler and Radiesse Conduct full, in‑depth consultations to assess goals, educate patients, and recommend personalized treatment plans Create results that consistently exceed patient expectations and drive long‑term loyalty Guide patients toward memberships, packages, and wellness services aligned with their goals Maintain strong follow‑up and rebooking habits to support continuity of care Represent the practice with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Your success—and bonuses—are measured by clear, achievable KPIs designed to support both exceptional patient outcomes and income growth .

Growth & Retention Rebooking Rate:

Maintain 60% or higher

New Client Acquisition Rate:

50% (retain at least 1 out of every 2 new clients)

Sales & Engagement Elite Memberships:

4 new Elite Memberships per month Discuss monthly promotions with every appropriate patient Increase package sales through education and confident recommendations

Employee Productivity Rate:
