Arvada, Colorado Monday-Friday No Weekends In-Person Position About the Role As an Aesthetic Injecting Nurse at Aspire Medical Spa, you will play a vital role in patient satisfaction, retention, and practice growth. You will conduct comprehensive consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver exceptional injectable results while fostering long-term patient relationships. This position is ideal for an experienced injector who is confident discussing aesthetic goals, treatment options, memberships, and wellness services while maintaining a patient-first approach. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced injectable treatments including: RHA Collection Fillers Radiesse Facial Rejuvenation Treatments Full-Face Assessment and Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations Evaluate facial anatomy and patient goals Create customized treatment plans focused on natural-looking outcomes Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, and long-term maintenance plans Build strong patient relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up care Support patient retention through strategic rebooking and continuity of care Recommend memberships, treatment packages, and wellness services that align with patient goals Maintain detailed patient documentation and treatment records Uphold the highest standards of safety, ethics, and patient care Qualifications Required Active Colorado RN or NP License Proven experience as an Aesthetic Injector Advanced experience with: RHA Fillers Radiesse Strong consultation and treatment planning skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor Preferred Experience with full-face rejuvenation techniques Membership-based practice experience Knowledge of wellness and regenerative aesthetic treatments Strong sales and patient retention performance history Performance & Growth Opportunities Success in this role is measured through patient satisfaction, retention, treatment outcomes, and practice growth.
