Key Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year recent Emergency Room nursing experience Thorough understanding of ER protocols, triage processes, and emergency interventions Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain before start date) Exceptional communication skills and ability to remain calm in fast-paced, high-stress situations Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Primary Responsibilities:

Rapidly assess and triage incoming patients based on their acuity Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for a wide range of emergent medical issues Administer medications, IVs, and emergency treatments as directed by providers Monitor and document patient status, vital signs, lab results, and treatment responses Collaborate closely with physicians and the ER team to create and implement patient care plans Provide patient and family education with empathy and professionalism Adhere to facility policies, infection control protocols, and best practices for patient safety Why Consider This Opportunity?
