Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery, focusing on monitoring, assessment, and patient advocacy in the Operating Room. Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques and anticipating surgical needs. Collaborate closely with surgical teams to deliver safe, seamless patient care. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with clinical protocols and guidelines. Support post-operative recovery and monitoring, ensuring best practices in patient safety.
Requirements:
Current, active RN license. Minimum one year of recent CVOR experience. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments. Excellent communication abilities within multidisciplinary teams.
