Required Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab nursing experience Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, procedural sedation, and interventional techniques BLS and ACLS certification (current) Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Previous travel nursing experience is advantageous but not required
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures Operate and monitor specialized Cath Lab equipment Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and their families regarding pre- and post-procedure care Maintain accurate records and uphold safety protocols Respond effectively to emergencies and demonstrate agility in high-pressure situations
