Qualifications/Experience:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room nursing experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of surgical procedures and patient care technology Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional perioperative care in a diverse surgical environment Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia staff, and perioperative team members Maintain rigorous infection control and patient safety standards Ensure timely documentation and reporting within the EMR system Support patients and families through the entire surgical experience
