Required Qualifications and Experience:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Telemetry setting (RN-Tele) BLS and ACLS certifications current Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, team-driven environments
Core Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and assessment Administer medications and treatment plans according to physician directives Interpret and evaluate cardiac rhythms, reporting abnormalities promptly Document assessments, observations, and interventions with accuracy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and at-home care
