We are currently hiring for a PRN Staff Development Instructor within the Nursing Administration department here at Aspen Valley Health.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements Current and unrestricted license and/or certifications as required to maintain instructor qualifications for assigned courses Proven record of exceptional performance in role related to assigned courses Must meet instructor qualifications for assigned courses.

  • Basic Life Support Instructor (BLSI) American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor (ACLSI) American Heart Association
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor (PALSI) American Academy of Pediatrics
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor (NRPI) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as an instructor preferred.
Formal education and/or experience in adult education, training, and development preferred. We will consider equivalent combinations of experience and education for certain jobs. Position Overview:
The Staff Development Instructor delivers training programs for staff. Participates in and contributes to the development and implementation of high quality, timely education for clinical staff. Maintains a safe, effective, and positive learning environment.
This Position Offers:
As a PRN employee, you will be eligible to purchase discounted bus passes for transportation to and from work, 457B, and also participate in a number of AVH hosted programs.
