Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Contract Step into a vital nursing role providing exceptional care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Utilize your expertise as a Registered Nurse to support patients with complex healthcare needs and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current and unrestricted RN license Recent ICU nursing experience (at least 1 year preferred) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to excel in high-pressure situations and maintain compassionate patient care Proficient with electronic medical record systems and documentation Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status Administer medications, manage IV lines, and operate advanced medical equipment Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and fellow nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols This is a contract position, offering you the opportunity to bring your ICU expertise to a progressive healthcare environment.
