Summary:

Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) candidates to join our Pediatric ! This is not benefit eligible working 18 hours per week/2 Days (Monday & Friday) in our Foothills Clinic on Arapahoe in Boulder and after 6 months will have the possibility to go remote.

Day shift schedules are Monday through Friday. Job Duties Provides comprehensive professional nursing care to individuals and/or families acting as the patient's advocate, facilitator, and educator. Recognizes, evaluates, and responds to emergency or unusual situations in the clinic, using nursing judgment to ensure medical care. Assists the patient and/or instructs the patient in preparation for the provider's examination and/or specific treatment. Prepares examination/treatment rooms for provider's use by ensuring that appropriate supplies, equipment and instruments are available and ready on a daily basis. Maintains examination/treatment rooms in a neat and orderly manner. Assists the provider with examination by anticipating needs for instruments and supplies. (e.g., minor surgery, pelvic examinations, diagnostic procedures, etc.)

Experience and Skills:

Must be able to recognize and identify patient's symptoms and use appropriate professional judgment in course of action.

Requirements:

Graduate of accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure by the State of Colorado.

Experience:

1-2 years' nursing experience in a medical office, clinic or hospital, preferred. The starting hourly pay range for this position is commensurate with experience: $36.04 - $45.06/hour (full pay range is $36.04 - $54.07) This position will be posted for three (3) days and subsequently until filled.
