Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, variable shifts (specific schedule details provided during interview)
Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room Proficiency with perioperative nursing protocols and procedures Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced surgical settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, effective nursing care throughout all phases of surgery Coordinate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures Document care accurately and promptly Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education
