We have over 10,000 patient population, medical home practice, Medicaid, CHP+, and Commercial insurance accepted. Very busy practice with 4 practitioners (Pediatrician and PNP's). We have a great variety of patients to include multiple children with varied syndromes, Diabetics, Asthmatics, Epileptic children, Nephrotic, NF kids, CF kids, Cardiac children, and a ton of newborns. We work 9:00am - 5:30pm M-TH and 9:00 am - 12 pm on Fridays. Excellent pay and benefits to include CME yearly, health insurance offered, license and DEA paid for, vacation and sick time paid for, and an excellent staff that love their jobs! We are a family of pediatric workers, and we truly do care. We are looking to add a mid-level provider to our team! For NP's:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program Active Colorado Registered Nurse license in good standing Colorado Advanced Practice Nursing License with Prescriptive Authority Bilingual in Spanish Preferred Demonstrated knowledge in primary care Ability to work independently Ability to collaborate with other providers and clinical staff Ability to learn and use EHR system (NextGen) The ideal candidate is a compassionate and joyful individual who loves working with children, young adults, and families from a variety of backgrounds and likes to professionally partner with community organizations Responsibilities This individual would work with us 4-5 days each week with appointments ranging from 9:00am to 4:45pm, depending on patient volume Follow evidence-based practice guidelines and standards of care at all times Conduct Well Child Check-ups Provide patient education and counseling for all ages Address acute and chronic conditions Triage patients within the office and per phone calls Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess clinical problems and healthcare needs Review lab test results and other reports Refer patients to specialists when necessary Prescribe medication to patients Accurately and promptly document patient care in the EHR system (NextGen) Benefits Health insurance plan options for you and your dependents Dental, and Vision, for you and your qualified dependents Paid Time Off Company paid malpractice insurance DEA reimbursement after 1 year Reimbursements for field-related conferences and other learning opportunities Annual CEU allotment
