Professional Home Health Care is hiring an RN to make home visits in Colorado Springs. Part-time or prn work if you wish to earn extra income or work prn. With opportunity for full-time. New Grads Welcome. LPNs also encouraged to apply. Wonderful position for those nurses who enjoy providing one-on-one care, are compassionate, and thrive on being independent. Experience in homecare preferred but we do offer a great training program if you are new to the field of homecare. New grads welcome!
Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with the potential to increase earning at 6 months and annually

  • Training provided with electronic charting system
  • Charting device provided (iPad)
  • RN $40 to $42 per visit.
LPN $27 to $32 per visit.
Qualification:
  • Current Colorado Nursing license
  • Valid Driver's license, clean MVR, and proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass Criminal Background Check Responsibilities and Duties include:
  • Makes home visits and provides care ordered by the physician.
  • Assessed patients' needs, reports findings to physician, obtains orders for new needs, and implements the care plan.
  • Assures that all documentation is available in the electronic record within the deadlines.
