Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with Med Surg/Telemetry experience to join a dynamic acute care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Monitor telemetry and interpret basic cardiac rhythms. Administer medications safely using electronic medication administration systems. Recognize changes in patient condition and provide timely interventions. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Develop and update patient care plans throughout hospitalization. Supervise and support LPNs, nursing assistants, and other support staff. Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation. Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital quality standards. Participate in patient education and discharge planning. Float to other appropriate units based on patient care needs, if required. Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Active RN License (Colorado or Compact License accepted). Current BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain). Current ACLS Certification (or willingness to obtain). Current PALS Certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong Med Surg and Telemetry experience. Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and electronic medical record documentation experience.
Schedule Details Night Shift:
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 12-hour shifts 13-week travel assignment Preferred Qualifications Previous acute care hospital experience. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Experience working with telemetry patients. Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
Pay:
$2,100.00 - $2,300.00 per week
