3 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and active CO or compact RN licensure. Details Labor and Delivery unit at an acute care hospital in Denver, CO Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts (1900-0730) 36 hours per week, 3 days per week Floating to other departments may be required based on business need On-call may be required during a regularly scheduled shift Epic EMR used for charting 12-week contract Requirements Active CO RN license or compact RN license required — no pending licenses Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience required Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP — all certifications must be AHA-issued and must not expire prior to the assignment start date ACLS or PALS may be required as appropriate for the unit Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Epic charting experience required Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration 2 professional references required Additional Information Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients Performs health teaching, counseling, and patient referrals as needed Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines Executes delegated medical functions and reviews therapy and treatment plans Former permanent Intermountain employees must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible RTO requests will be approved within reason
