Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Proven experience in an Emergency Room setting Proficiency in trauma, triage, and acute care BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong communication, teamwork, and assessment abilities Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients presenting with a wide variety of urgent and emergent health concerns Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and perform interventions in accordance with ER protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive emergency care Document all patient interactions, interventions, and changes in condition accurately and promptly Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and follow-up treatment Maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for patients and staff This contract assignment provides the chance to make a direct impact while utilizing your Emergency Room nursing expertise.
