With a full suite of advanced equipment—Fluoroscopy Suite, specialized catheters, stents, and IV pumps—this hospital's IR unit provides ample opportunities to advance your clinical abilities, especially within acute care and trauma environments.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am
- 5:30 pm On-call one day during the week and every 3rd weekend
Qualifications:
Active RN license with at least 1 year of recent experience in an acute care hospital Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude Patient care focus is a must
Preferred:
Prior experience with Meditech EMR Background in large trauma facilities or medical imaging/IR Previous travel nurse assignments
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care for a variety of interventional, CT, and ultrasound-guided image procedures Monitor patients undergoing MRI with anesthesia and pacemaker observation Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging and procedures Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
