Position Overview:
$50/hour $75/hour overtime Monday
- Friday No weekends or holidays!
Position Details:
Deliver skilled nursing care and assessments in participant homes, ensuring quality and safety. Coordinate care plans, medications, and physician orders across the interdisciplinary team. Educate participants and families on treatments, medications, and self-care practices. Triage participant needs, manage follow-up after hospital or specialist visits, and adjust care as needed. Document all nursing interventions, changes in condition, and progress in electronic records. Support and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and home care staff to maintain consistent, person-centered care.
Qualifications:
Home Health and Geriatric Nursing experience highly preferred American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS CO or Multistate RN license in good standing Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Require personal transportation, current state issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law Apply now to be considered!
