Job Description

We are looking for some compassionate and talented nurses to add to our exceptional team. Job Summary As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across various settings. You will utilize your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to support patients through their healthcare journeys. Whether in a Level I Trauma Center or an outpatient clinic, your skills will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of medical care and patient safety. What you'll do Provide comprehensive patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and conducting thorough medical evaluations. Administer medications and injections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans. Perform IV insertion and venipuncture procedures with precision and care, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage with patients and families to educate them on health management, medication administration, and post-acute care options. Participate in emergency response situations, utilizing your knowledge of emergency medicine and basic life support techniques. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infectious disease care to provide informed patient care. Experience Valid RN license in the applicable state. Experience working with geriatrics is a plus. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient patient documentation is essential. Experience administering injections, performing medical-surgical tasks, and managing medical records is highly desirable. Knowledge of post-acute care practices and outpatient clinic operations will enhance your effectiveness in this role. $43.00 - $51.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week Sign-On Bonus A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for this position and will be paid out over the employee's first 90 days of employment .
