Coordinator Location:
Glenwood Springs, CO Pay:
$85,000-$92,000 Glenwood Springs Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing / MDS Coordinator . In this role, you will support daily clinical operations while overseeing the MDS process, including assessments, care planning, and RAI compliance. This position is ideal for a nurse leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident balancing clinical oversight with documentation and team support. Why Join Us?
