Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) -
OBGYN Clinic Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts | No Call | No Weekends We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient clinic team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call requirements and no weekend work, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Position Overview:
The Clinic RN is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality nursing care while adhering to the American Nurses Association (ANA) Standards of Nursing Practice. The RN will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care and support the mission and goals of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and deliver quality nursing care to patients. Utilize the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice in daily patient care activities. Collaborate effectively with physicians, providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Provide leadership and support to clinical staff while maintaining professional nursing standards. Support the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the clinical department. Promote and uphold shared governance principles and professional nursing accountability. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program or state board-approved nursing school. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required prior to start date. Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required. OBGYN experience strongly preferred but not required. Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.

Pay:
$2,400.00 - $2,566.00 per week
