Job Title, Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care / Med-Surg Adult Specialty / Department, Med-Surg Adult, Telemetry Med/Surg, Observation Unit Location, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 Job Type, Travel Contract Duration, 13 Weeks Shift, 12-Hour Nights Schedule, 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week; Weekend Rotation Required; Must participate in call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2-week pay period if requested for staffing needs Guaranteed Hours, 36 Hours/Week Start Date, Typical start date is within approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance and completion of onboarding/credentialing requirements. Experience Requirements, Minimum 3 years RN Med-Surg experience required; Acute Care, Med-Surg, Telemetry, Observation, or similar experience required License / Certification Requirements, Active Colorado RN License BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Flu Vaccination Required (October 1 April 1; no declinations accepted) Job Summary, Seeking an experienced RN for an Acute Care/Med-Surg Adult and Observation Unit. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of care. Candidates must be comfortable supporting Intermediate Care/CCU patients as needed. EMR, Meditech Important Notes, Holiday coverage required Active Colorado RN license required at submission Traveler's permanent residence must be at least 75 miles from the facility Colorado CAPS background requirement must be completed (may take up to 2 weeks) Facility will not accept 1099 candidates Submit with Resume, Skills Checklist, Nursys Verification, BLS, and ACLS certifications Housing options may be available for travelers based on availability Maximum 3 submissions per agency Estimated Traveler Pay
