4 Golden, CO Job Details PRN $75 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Qualifications RN License HIPAA Medical records Patient care Home health Full Job Description This position requires the willingness to travel in the Mountain Ranges. We are looking for a PRN nurse that will travel between a 1-2 hour radius of Golden, CO. Towns included could be Hot Sulphur Springs, Evergreen, Silverthorne, Bailey, Fairplay, etc. Pay Structure $75/hr for in person assessment (assessments take 1-2 hrs) $20/hr for drive time Mileage Reimbursement Homecare Hub of CO / Home Halo of CO is a non-medical home care agency. Our clients will receive a RN assessment visit at admission and a re-assessment visit on an ongoing basis. The RN will travel to client homes on an as needed, monthly, or quarterly basis to assess the current non-medical care needs of the client and to prepare a care plan to be implemented by the non-medical care team.
Responsibilities:
  • New and existing client visits including assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient's condition
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality client care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Experience:
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
  • Experience using electronic medical record systems
  • Previous experience in home care or community health is a plus
Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
