Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state nursing regulations and accepted standards of practice while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for critically ill patients. Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms, responding appropriately to changes in condition. Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and specialized treatments as prescribed. Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitoring systems. Provide patient and family education, counseling, and emotional support. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Review and monitor treatment plans and patient progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Utilize available resources effectively to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Promote patient safety and support organizational values and service standards. Float to other departments within scope of practice as needed. Participate in on-call coverage and other duties as assigned. RN01 Required Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of experience as a

RN - ICU

Active Colorado or Compact state RN License. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification - AHA. NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification.

$2,250.00 - $2,700.00 per week
