Quick Start Pay Rate:
$75.00•$80.00 per hour
Weekly Gross:
$2880/week
Schedule:
Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•5:00 PM 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week Occasional weekend and on-call backup coverage

Grand Junction, CO 81506 About the Opportunity Hospice Nurses provide compassionate end-of-life care while helping patients and families navigate one of life's most important journeys. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while leading their interdisciplinary care team. Primary RN Case Managers maintain an assigned caseload and coordinate care in a variety of settings, including private homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes.
