JOB DESCRIPTION
Registered Nurse has a weekday schedule of Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with occasional back-up for weekends and on-call. Two years experience required. Active RN license of Colorado is required. RN Case Manager Hospice, Home Health, Hospice RN, Registered Nurse, Home Health RN, RN Case Manager Hospice, Home Health, Hospice RN, Registered Nurse, Home Health RN.
