Star Light Home Health is seeking an RN to conduct home health visits to our Medicare and Veteran patients. Home Health Medicare experience and knowledge of the Oasis admission is a plus. We have part time and PRN positions available depending your availability. Looking for an RN to manage their case load in Grand Junction. We also have a need for an RN for Ouray, Ridgway, area . If you are willing to travel or if you would like a designated territory, we can assign patients to you in your specific area. We pay hourly for all training, orientation and meetings and a generous visit rate that includes travel time and mileage. Our rate is $75.00 per visit. We also pay a surcharge for out of area if you travel outside your designated territory. We can build you a full time case load if desired depending on your willingness to travel. RN with 2 years experience as an RN RN Active License in Colorado in good standing CPR Hands on experience as a Nurse with an ER background or ICU background is helpful Sick pay, and vacation time accrued and the best visit rates in town.
