What You'll Do Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include: Phlebotomy and specimen processing Vitamin and peptide injections Patient education and health coaching Assisting providers during patient visits Developing educational materials and protocols IV nutrient infusions (training available) PRP procedures (training available) Neuromodulator/Botox treatments (future opportunity with training) Supporting new service implementation Assisting with workshops, events, and community education Helping improve clinic systems and workflows Following up with patients to improve outcomes and satisfaction Who We're Looking For The right person is: Self-motivated and proactive Comfortable taking initiative without waiting to be asked Excited by building new programs and services Detail-oriented and highly organized Passionate about preventative medicine and wellness A strong communicator who enjoys educating patients Adaptable in a fast-growing environment Positive, collaborative, and solution-focused Most importantly, you're someone who asks: "How can we make this even better?"

Experience Preferred:

Active Colorado RN license Excellent phlebotomy skills Outpatient or wellness experience Experience with hormone therapy, weight loss, aesthetics, IV therapy, or functional medicine (preferred but not required) Training is available for the right candidate with the right mindset.
