Who You Are:

You are a confident and experienced aesthetic injector ready to take on new client responsibilities. You are meticulous in your craft and want to not only treat patients but also enjoy developing new techniques and delivering an amazing patient experience. You are an expert in facial anatomy, but also understand the business of aesthetics. You have conviction in your artistry and are ready to impart your wisdom upon others.

Core Duties:

Conduct in-depth consultations including full-face assessments and long-term aesthetic care plans Deliver advanced injectable treatments (neuromodulators, fillers, biostims, etc.) Drive individual monthly revenue goals and close consultations at a 65%+ rate Mentor, train, and contribute to developing newer providers Work with marketing and social media teams to support content creation Maintain clinical standards, safety protocols, and best practices Participate in strategic planning for service expansion and patient acquisition Participate in events and patient seminars Must be outgoing on social - able to do videos for education/booking purposes

Ideal Experience:

RN / NP / PA

license active in Colorado At least 3+ years of injector experience in a medspa, plastics or dermatology office Solid patient portfolio / reputation in the community Skilled in facial aesthetics, anatomy, injectable techniques Exceptional bedside manner, patient trust-building, and consultative sales skills Excellent interpersonal skills, consultative, and business-minded Comfortable with social media presence and patient-facing growth strategies Social media-friendly: confident on camera and passionate about education
