We are currently seeking a highly qualified RN to join our growing healthcare team for part-time work, with pay ranging from $60 to $75 per visit and flexible schedules. We provide the highest quality of home care in the Denver, Elbert, Arapahoe, Adams, Douglas, Jefferson, Gilpin, El Paso, Boulder, Larimer, Clear Creek, Weld area. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments in clients' homes. Perform accurate OASIS collection. Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures as prescribed. Monitor and evaluate clients' health, document changes, and report to physicians or supervisors. Educate clients and families on managing medical conditions, medications, and preventive health practices. Collaborate with caregivers, home health aides, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care. Provide compassionate support to clients and families, respecting cultural, spiritual, and personal values. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and agency standards. Respond promptly to client emergencies and implement appropriate interventions. Promote a safe home environment by teaching fall prevention, infection control, and other safety practices. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum [1-2 years] of clinical experience (home care or community nursing preferred). Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage care in a non-clinical setting. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
