Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Visits Elite Home Care Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled home health visits in Aurora and surrounding communities. If you enjoy working independently, building meaningful relationships with patients, and making a direct impact in the community, we'd love to hear from you. Position Summary The RN provides skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, focusing on medication management, health assessments, patient education, and coordination of care. Our patient population includes individuals requiring ongoing nursing support to maintain health, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homes Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Administer medications and injections as ordered Assess patient condition and report changes to the physician and care team Provide patient and caregiver education Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members Follow agency policies, state regulations, and professional standards of practice Qualifications Current Colorado RN license in good standing Current CPR certification Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Home health experience preferred but not required Experience with behavioral health is a plus About Elite Home Care Inc.
