Spectrum has been serving Colorado for over 50 years in residential settings, Day Program, community and in-home support, and integrated employment. We support individuals receiving services through the Home and Community Based (HCBS) Long Term Services and Supports Medicaid Waivers. Behavioral services are an integral, and highly valued part of ensuring comprehensive support and individual success in all environments.

Full Time Compensation and Benefits:
Total Compensation including benefits: $90,000
Base Pay:
$75,000 Affordable medical insurance through the Cigna PPO network, with coverage options available for employees and eligible dependents at no additional cost Dental and vision insurance available through UnitedHealthcare. Employer-paid life insurance policy with a $100,000 benefit. Milage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle. 11 Paid holidays Initial PTO accrual of 15 days per year. Accrual rates increase every 2 years, up to 24 days per year Retirement Plan Referral Bonuses Development, job growth, and internal training.
Location:
Greenwood Village.
Full Time Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with flexible scheduling that allows for a later start on Mondays (10:00 a.m.) and an early departure on Fridays (3:00 p.m.).

Executive Director Position Overview:
Spectrum's Nursing Department provides medical and administrative support to our clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities, receiving Home and Community Based Medicaid Services. Nurses are responsible for overseeing the medical compliance for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities who are receiving services in home and community settings. Time is spent both in the office and the community, visiting clients and providers in their homes.
Job Duties:
Review and file medical information turned in by community providers and make appropriate changes and communication to team. Work with agency pharmacy and providers on medication changes. Home visits to clients in residential settings to ensure compliance for medical services. Medical compliance for new client enrollments/client moves. Follow up for medical Incident Reports and concerns. Provide tips and processes to team members for Durable Medical Equipment Order and oversee ordering of medical supplies for individual clients. Medication Administration Records (MAR) Management for Spectrum's different service areas Create and update medical protocols for Spectrum's different service areas. Collaborate with Program Managers to coordinate Human Rights Committee (HRC) informed consents for applicable medications and medical procedures. Teach CPR/First Aid and QMap classes to staff and providers. Perform initial and ongoing delegations (G-Tube, Suction, etc.) Assist with medical appointments and follow up with providers and Program Managers Maintain client medical files Additional duties as assigned Job Requirements Current RN license in the state of Colorado Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation Able to pass a criminal and APS background check Strong administrative skills, computer-literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong writing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. Possess a coachable and positive attitude. Dependable, excels in time-sensitive situations, meet deadlines, receptive to change, display a willingness to learn along with a cooperative approach to problem-solving. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at the computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time. Drive to and from meetings and shifts in- the community.
