Aesthetic Injector (RN / NP / PA) - 1099 Contractor Highlands Ranch, CO | Flexible Schedule | High Earning Potential Highlands Spa is looking for an experienced and motivated Aesthetic Injector to join our growing med spa team. This is an ideal opportunity for an injector who wants flexibility, strong earning potential, and the ability to focus on treating clients while we handle the marketing, supplies, scheduling support, and operational overhead. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible hours ranging from approximately 8-30 hours per week based on your availability and client demand. Compensation is commission-based at 20%-25% depending on experience , with the potential to earn $100+ per hour based on service volume and performance.

Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers with precision and professionalism Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on client goals Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance recommendations Maintain accurate charting, consent forms, and treatment documentation Ensure all procedures follow proper sanitation and safety standards Deliver an elevated guest experience focused on professionalism, comfort, and results Assist in building your clientele through social media content, before-and-after photos, and client retention Stay current on industry trends, products, and advanced aesthetic techniques Qualifications Active Colorado RN, NP, or PA license required Experience with Botox and dermal filler injections preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic best practices Professional, reliable, and self-motivated Excellent communication and client consultation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced luxury med spa environment Existing clientele is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
