Job Description
Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation At Littleton Care and Rehabilitation Center, we are committed to delivering exceptional post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care in an environment built on compassion, clinical excellence, teamwork, and dignity. We are seeking an experienced and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift leadership team. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, strong clinical practice, meaningful relationships with residents and families, and the opportunity to make a direct impact in a smaller, highly collaborative skilled nursing environment. As the Night Shift RN, you will serve as the clinical leader of the building overnight, ensuring residents receive outstanding care while supporting and guiding the nursing team. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, clinically confident, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive resident experience. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for post-acute and long-term care residents Perform comprehensive assessments and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and efficiently Lead, mentor, and support CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacy, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team Ensure accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation Promote regulatory compliance and adherence to clinical standards of practice Support a culture centered around professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and resident dignity Participate in admissions, discharges, and overnight clinical coordination as needed Qualifications Active Colorado RN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work independently while effectively leading a team Professional demeanor with a compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Why Join Our Team Smaller facility with a collaborative and supportive culture Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff Leadership team committed to clinical quality and operational excellence Stable and team-oriented work environment Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth We are looking for nurses who take pride in their profession, lead with integrity, and are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
