Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking an IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) for a top fertility and reproductive health client. This individual will play a critical role in guiding patients through every stage of their fertility journey, from initial assessment through treatment, early pregnancy monitoring, and education. The IVF Nurse Coordinator will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care while managing treatment protocols, medications, and care coordination. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a highly specialized clinical setting focused on helping families grow.
Day-to-Day:
  • Coordinate and manage individualized IVF and fertility treatment plans
  • Assess patient medical histories and reproductive health; document in EMR
  • Educate patients on IVF, FET, egg vitrification, medications, and side effects
  • Provide emotional support and counseling throughout the fertility journey
  • Guide patients on medication administration and monitor treatment response
  • Coordinate ART procedures, surgeries, labs, diagnostics, and scheduling
  • Monitor early pregnancies (8-12 weeks) via labs and ultrasound
  • Serve as liaison between patients and physicians, communicating results and care plans
  • Ensure consents, timelines, and communicable disease testing are completed
  • Perform intrauterine inseminations as directed
  • Advocate for patients and support informed decision-making
  • Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation in
EMR Must-Haves:
  • Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license (unrestricted)
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or higher (accredited program)
  • Active BCLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative clinical team
  • Strong patient communication, education, and care coordination skills
  • Experience documenting and managing care in an EMR system
Plusses:
  • 3+ years of RN experience
  • 2+ years of experience in women's health, fertility, OB/GYN, or reproductive medicine
  • IVF, ART, or fertility clinic experience
  • Experience performing intrauterine inseminations (IUI)
  • Comfort supporting patients through emotionally sensitive care journeys
