As a Procedural/Sedation RN, you'll guide patients through every phase of their care — pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative — in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient lab. You'll administer and manage conscious sedation under physician supervision, monitor patient status with a critical eye, and communicate changes clearly and quickly to the care team. What You'll Do Deliver hands-on patient care across pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases, following established protocols, physician standing orders, and discharge standards. Administer and manage controlled substances and conscious sedation under the supervision of an attending physician or nurse practitioner. Monitor patients closely and communicate any change in status to providers clearly, efficiently, and effectively. Account for all controlled substances 100% of the time, in full compliance with procedures. Partner on PAR-level supply counts alongside the supply-chain team. Help shape clinical policies, procedures, and process improvements in collaboration with management. Champion patient safety and satisfaction at every step of the visit. What You Bring Current Colorado RN license, plus BLS and ACLS certification. Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience in an ICU, Emergency Department, Interventional Radiology, or Cardiac Cath Lab setting (or a combination). Moderate sedation experience — sedation certification can be obtained during orientation. Strong communication skills and above-average organizational ability.

Additional Details Work location:

In person (Lone Tree or Pueblo, CO). This is not a remote role. All offers are contingent on proof of identity, eligibility to work in the U.S., and a background check. Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
