Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications preferred) Comfortable scrubbing and circulating a range of surgical cases Strong communication and team collaboration skills Ability to adapt to changing environments and maintain poise under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care Ensure surgical instruments and environments are meticulously prepared and maintained Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Provide education and reassurance to patients and families Maintain rigorous documentation and support safe, evidence-based practices
