Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Active RN license (state or multistate compact) 2+ years of recent Operating Room experience Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques Adaptable, with excellent communication and teamwork skills Electronic medical record proficiency preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Scrub and circulate efficiently for diverse surgical cases Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other perioperative staff Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols Document interventions, assessments, and outcomes accurately Provide education and support to patients and their families
