Minimum Qualification Board Certification by the National Commission on Certification of NPs/PAs AGACNP/ACNP or PA-C Licensed in Colorado or eligible for licensure Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substance 1-year APP experience required; Family Medicine preferred.
