We are growing and seeking a seasoned, confident, and revenue-driven Aesthetic Nurse (RN) who thrives in autonomy, loves patient education, and is passionate about creating long-term aesthetic relationships. Role Overview This is a contractor position for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse (RN) who can independently manage clinic days, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional outcomes. This role goes far beyond "injecting"—you will own the consultation, treatment planning, and patient experience from start to finish. Independent performance is essential, as you may often work solo during clinic hours . Key Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic injectable treatments using Allergan, Evolus, and Galderma portfolios Conduct in-depth consultations , including full-face assessments Create individualized, year-long treatment plans and confidently sell comprehensive packages Deliver safe, natural, and results-driven outcomes across neurotoxins and dermal fillers Perform aesthetic laser-based treatments , including IPL/BBL, ClearLift laser, laser hair removal, and tattoo removal , as applicable Perform SkinPen microneedling , dermaplaning , and chemical peels (VI Peel portfolio) Provide and educate on hair restoration services , including Alma TED Hair Restoration , Revitalash, and Nutrafol hair supplements Educate patients on services and products using confident, consultative sales strategies Create weekly educational and promotional social media content (video-based) Maintain treatment room cleanliness and manage clinical supply inventory Participate in patient events, promotions, and educational seminars Stay current on aesthetic trends, certifications, and continuing education Represent the brand with professionalism, polish, and integrity Qualifications Active RN license in Colorado Minimum 3 years of injectable experience Laser technician certification or hands-on laser experience required Experience with laser services, microneedling, dermaplaning, and chemical peels, IV infusions Hair restoration experience preferred Skincare knowledge preferred , with Revision Skincare experience a plus Alma Harmony platform experience a plus Proven track record of aesthetic sales success Strong understanding of facial anatomy, product science, and safety protocols Exceptional bedside manner with the ability to build trust quickly Confident in developing long-term treatment plans and closing high-value packages Comfortable working independently and managing clinic flow solo Social media-savvy: confident on camera and passionate about patient education You Are Patient-obsessed and outcome-driven Sales-minded while remaining ethical and education-focused Polished, confident, and professional in a luxury wellness environment Positive, reliable, and team-oriented Able to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced setting A continuous learner and brand ambassador for aesthetic medicine Compensation Structure (Contractor) $35/hour base pay Tiered commission and bonus targets based on total monthly services and products starting at 8% (more info available) Complimentary monthly services Discounts on products and treatments Flexible scheduling available
