Utilizes time, personnel, equipment, and supplies effectively to provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care. Manages resources and patient flow by matching nursing competencies with individualized patient and unit needs. Uses standards of care, hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to guide practice. Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and review of medical records and clinical data. Develops and implements patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, observing outcomes in accordance with nursing standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in grammar and spelling
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
Education:
  • Associate's of Nursing [Required]
  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:
    N/A Work Experience:
    • 1+ experience preferred nursing skills and knowledge base specific to interventional radiology [Preferred]

    • Additional licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.
