Schedule/Hours:

Night shifts—3 x 12-hour shifts weekly 2 additional on-call shifts per week Holidays and on-call required

Qualifications:

Active RN license, in good standing Emergency Department experience required; prior CAH experience strongly preferred

Certifications:

ACLS, PALS

(or equivalent), TNCC, ATLS, CEN Adaptable, independent, and able to operate in a resource-limited environment All time-off requests to be discussed prior to onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission through discharge in the ED Utilize established advanced protocols and clinical pathways to achieve positive patient outcomes Collaborate closely with ED team and ancillary staff Deliver top-tier nursing care in accordance with trauma-level protocols
