Emergency Room Nurse Job Summary:
The Emergency Room Nurse is responsible for providing acute and critical care to patients in the emergency room setting. They must be able to assess patients, prioritize care, and respond to medical emergencies quickly and effectively. The Emergency Room Nurse must be able to work under pressure and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible care for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assess and triage patients upon arrival to the emergency room Administer medication and treatment as ordered by physicians Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans Educate patients and families on their diagnosis, treatment, and discharge instructions
Qualifications and Skills:
