Qualifications:
Active RN license (eligible in Colorado) Minimum of 1-2 years' recent experience as an Operating Room RN AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptable and organized under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative process Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs pre-, intra-, and post-surgery Maintain sterile fields and ensure proper surgical equipment use Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff Prioritize patient safety, advocacy, and confidentiality at all times
